UP for Women and Children, you’ll do more than observe—you’ll be part of the work that creates real change. What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with clients, assisting with intakes, assessments, and vital services.

  • Support case managers and client specialists to connect clients with resources.

  • Help document interactions and gather data that informs real change.

  • Be part of grant reporting & resource development—gain valuable experience in nonprofit operations.

  • Learn how to navigate social services & community partnerships—a skill set that will serve you well beyond this internship.

Stipend & Commitment

  • Undergraduate students: $750 per semester

  • Graduate students: $1000 per semester
